By using StockAI (the "Service"), scheduling a prediction, or signing up, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use StockAI.
StockAI uses momentum-based AI models to generate stock forecasts. These predictions are often inaccurate and should never be the sole basis for any investment decision. Past prediction performance does not guarantee future accuracy. Markets are unpredictable and no algorithm can reliably forecast them.
StockAI is an informational and entertainment service only. Nothing on this site or in any email we send constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions. You are solely responsible for your financial choices.
StockAI's predictions are generated by automated AI models using publicly available market data. They are not written by a human financial analyst. The AI can and does make mistakes. We do not claim any particular accuracy rate.
StockAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will be delivered at the exact time you scheduled.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockAI and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to investment losses, lost profits, or data loss — arising from your use of this Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on StockAI predictions. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StockAI and its creators from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service.

Don't share sensitive information (passwords, SSNs, full financial account details, medical info) via StockAI. If you do, it's at your own risk.
Any dispute arising from your use of StockAI will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, not in court. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit. Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of a neutral arbitration provider. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for IP violations.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect (severability).
We collect the minimum data needed to operate the Service. We do not collect payment data, passwords, or any other personal information.
Your data is used only to generate and send your requested stock predictions. We do not sell your data to third parties, use it for advertising, or share it except as required to operate the Service (e.g., our email sending provider).
By scheduling a prediction, you agree to receive a single prediction email at your requested time. You may unsubscribe or stop using the service at any time.
We retain your alert records to enforce free-tier limits and to display your schedule in the "See Schedule" panel. We may delete old records periodically.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this site. We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or any other behavioral tracking.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Email us to exercise this right. We do not sell personal information.
StockAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
